Format: Commander

Commander: Loot, Exuberant Explorer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Loot, Exuberant Explorer runs a mono-green landfall plan. The commander's extra land drop and top-six creature cheat are the engine: the deck accelerates to 7+ lands by turn four or five, then cheats in Avenger of Zendikar, Ancient Greenwarden, Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, or Cultivator Colossus. Landfall token producers like Scute Swarm, Rampaging Baloths, and Greensleeves convert each extra land into attackers, while Toski, Beast Whisperer, Guardian Project, and Garruk's Uprising keep the hand full. The typical finish is Craterhoof Behemoth, End-Raze Forerunners, or Last March of the Ents. There is no hidden commander; Traveling Chocobo and Ancient Greenwarden act as force-multipliers for Loot's game plan.
