Deck overview

This Abzan Legendary-Matters deck, helmed by Kethis, the Hidden Hand, is a midrange value engine that leverages the legendary supertype for cost reduction, card draw, and graveyard recursion. The primary game plan involves self-milling to fill the graveyard with legendary permanents, then using Kethis's activated ability or other mass-reanimation spells like Primevals' Glorious Rebirth and Eerie Ultimatum to return them to the battlefield. The deck wins through incremental combat damage from a swarm of legendary creatures, amplified by anthem effects like Day of Destiny, or through the drain ability of Syr Konrad, the Grim as creatures enter and leave the graveyard. There is no instant-win infinite combo; victory comes from overwhelming value and recursive pressure.
