Deck overview

This deck is a Boros aggressive midrange deck centered on Dwarf tribal synergies, Equipment attachments, and Treasure token generation. Helmed by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk, the strategy focuses on curving out low-cost Dwarves in the opening turns, deploying supportive Equipment, and casting the commander on Turn 4. Once assembled, Thorin creates a steady stream of Treasure tokens while granting an anthem effect that gives other Dwarves +1/+0 for every artifact token under your control. By Turn 5, this token buildup translates into massive combat damage, quickly eliminating opposing life totals across sequential combat steps. The deck supplements its aggressive clock with secondary engines like Magda, Brazen Outlaw for tutoring and Bruenor Battlehammer for free Equipment attachments. While vulnerable to mass sweepers and artifact wipes, the deck maintains steady recovery through redundant creature threats, legendary artifacts, and explosive combat finishers like Akroma's Will.
