Deck overview

Fire Lord Azula is a combat spellslinger deck that attacks with Azula to generate {R}{R} and copy every instant or sorcery cast while she is attacking. The primary plan uses flash enablers like Leyline of Anticipation and High Fae Trickster to cast spells during combat, doubling them with Azula and converting them into 5/5 Dragons via Rite of the Dragoncaller, Treasures via Storm-Kiln Artist, and pings via Guttersnipe. Secondary paths win through extra combats with Great Train Heist, free spells off Glamdring combat damage, and recursion with Past in Flames and Torrential Gearhulk. Azula is the central copy engine and mana source; Rite of the Dragoncaller acts as a hidden commander that turns any spell chain into a lethal board.
