Deck overview

This deck is a classic Boros Voltron strategy led by Cloud, Planet's Champion. The primary objective is to cast Cloud, attach Equipment at a discounted rate, and leverage his innate double strike and combat indestructible to eliminate opponents through commander damage. Because the list lacks fast mana and dedicated tutors, it operates on a standard battlecruiser timeline, landing Cloud on Turn 5 and making its first lethal push on Turn 6. While Cloud hits hard once equipped, the deck is constrained by a low land count (31 lands) and minimal card draw, making recovery difficult if Cloud is exiled or bounced. The strategy relies heavily on connecting through combat across multiple turns, leaving wide windows for opponents to answer your board.
