Commander: The Second Doctor and Donna Noble

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Jeskai damage-reflection deck pairs The Second Doctor and Donna Noble to control combat while drawing massive amounts of cards. The primary plan is to deploy indestructible creatures like Brash Taunter and Stuffy Doll, then enchant them with Guilty Conscience to create an infinite damage loop that kills one opponent at a time. Backup lines include infinite mana via Reiterate + Turnabout, fueled by Past in Flames or Omniscience cheated into play with Show and Tell. The Second Doctor's end-step draw encourages opponents to draw extra cards (which the deck capitalises on with Smothering Tithe, Trouble in Pairs, and Faerie Mastermind), while Donna Noble's soulbond turns any damage taken into a lethal bolt. The deck wins through incremental infinite combos rather than overwhelming speed.
