This deck is a competitive Izzet control-combo strategy built around Niv-Mizzet, Parun. The primary game plan accelerates into an uncounterable commander and attaches an aura like Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or soulbonds with Tandem Lookout to execute an immediate game-winning loop. Once the aura attaches, any card draw triggers Niv-Mizzet to deal one damage to an opponent, which causes the aura to draw another card. This loop deterministically draws your entire library and deals lethal damage across the table. Winds of Change resets the library if total opposing life totals exceed remaining cards.
