Deck overview

This deck is a four-color polymorph control strategy built around Jace, Multiverse Architect. Rather than casting its high-mana creature suite fairly, the deck uses noncreature token generators such as Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and utility lands like Kher Keep to produce disposable bodies. Once Jace enters the battlefield, his -3 loyalty ability targets these tokens to cascade directly into game-warping threats including Archon of Cruelty, Archfiend of Despair, Serra's Emissary, and The Ur-Sphinx. Redundant polymorph effects such as Mass Polymorph, Proteus Staff, and Synthetic Destiny ensure that the deck can cheat multiple threats into play even if Jace is targeted. A flexible interaction suite featuring Swords to Plowshares, Path to Exile, and Sunfall controls opposing boards while Jace's passive tax protects his loyalty counters from early aggression.
