Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis Villain tribal combat deck commanded by Loki, the Deceiver. Its core strategy focuses on establishing early Villain creatures, casting Loki, and attacking to generate attacking token copies while refilling the hand through combat damage triggers. The deck leverages the Connive mechanic alongside Mayhem cards to smooth draws and cast discarded threats efficiently. Once the engine is online, it scales into high-impact threats such as The Squadron Sinister, Titania, Proud Pummeler, and Living Laser to multiply combat damage across the table. Defensive utility like Propaganda and goad effects from Puppet Master, String Puller redirect opposing aggression, while solid removal spells clear blockers. Without relying on infinite combos or fast mana, the deck wins through continuous combat pressure and token swarms.
