Deck overview

This deck is a high-power mono-black reanimator and aristocrats build centered on Chainer, Dementia Master. It combines explosive mana acceleration from cards like Dark Ritual, Cabal Coffers, and Crypt Ghast with efficient graveyard tutoring to deploy massive threats well ahead of curve. The deck aims to assemble Chainer alongside high-impact payoffs such as Gray Merchant of Asphodel, K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth, Archon of Cruelty, and Vilis, Broker of Blood. Free sacrifice outlets like Phyrexian Altar, Warren Soultrader, and Carrion Feeder allow the pilot to loop enter-the-battlefield and death triggers repeatedly at instant speed. This engine converts devotion and life into an infinite or decisive life-drain finish that eliminates the entire table in a single turn. Simultaneously, recurring sacrifice pieces like Grave Pact and Plaguecrafter starve opposing boards of creatures. While the deck is vulnerable to targeted graveyard exile and lacks artifact removal, its deep redundancy and rapid recovery make it resilient and lethal.
