Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet artifact battlecruiser strategy piloted by Tony Stark // The Invincible Iron Man. During the early turns, the deck sets up mana rocks while Tony Stark uses his activated ability to dig through the library and secure high-impact artifacts. On Turn 5, the deck invests six mana to transform Tony Stark into The Invincible Iron Man. Because he gains haste and triggers immediately at the beginning of combat, he cheats titanic artifacts like Darksteel Colossus, Combustible Gearhulk, or Craterclaw Colossus directly onto the battlefield without paying their mana costs. While the deck boasts high battlefield presence and imposing combat threats, it operates along a fair combat damage timeline that requires multiple attack steps to eliminate three opponents. The interaction package provides targeted creature removal and counterspells, though tapping out for the commander's expensive transformation often strains open mana.
