Deck overview

This deck is a five-color midrange tribal build centered on Marvel Heroes and led by Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. The primary game plan focuses on establishing five colors of mana by Turn 5 to activate Nick Fury's Power-up ability, cheating massive Hero threats like Cosmic Spider-Man, Hyperion, or Gwenom straight onto the battlefield. From there, the deck amplifies its creatures using +1/+1 counter engines, keyword buffs, and tribal enchantments like Avengers Assemble! to push decisive combat damage across Turns 6 through 8. While the deck lacks generic competitive tutors and fast-mana artifacts, it compensates with dense tribal redundancy, deep card selection, and robust protection pieces like Jennifer Walters and Captain America, Super-Soldier that shield key turns from opposing disruption.
