Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Graveyard Midrange and Landfall Reanimator strategy commanded by Teval, the Balanced Scale. The game plan revolves around accelerating in the opening turns, deploying Teval on Turn 3 or 4, and attacking to mill cards, ramp lands from the graveyard, and generate a growing army of 2/2 Zombie Druid tokens. The deck synergizes self-mill engines like Life from the Loam and Lotuslight Dancers with flexible reanimation spells such as Victimize and Conduit of Worlds. As graveyards fill, the deck pivots into decisive win conditions around Turn 6, primarily deploying Lord of Extinction or Consuming Aberration alongside Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord to drain the entire table in a single fling, or overwhelming opponents through combat with Wonder-fueled flying attacks and Rise of the Dark Realms. While vulnerable to dedicated graveyard hate and well-timed removal, the deck boasts robust engine redundancy and high-impact recursion.
