Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Grixis Demon-tribal midrange deck helmed by Be'lakor, the Dark Master, built around one elegant loop: cast Demons, let Be'lakor's ETB draw a fistful of cards, then turn every subsequent Demon cast into a bolt via his "whenever another Demon enters" damage trigger. The deck wants Be'lakor online on turns 4-5, backed by cost reducers like Herald of Slaanesh and Ancient Cellarspawn, then snowball with trigger doublers (Roaming Throne) and life-loss doublers (Bloodletter of Aclazotz). Its finishers are kicked Rite of Replication on Be'lakor, the kicked Scourge of the Skyclaves + Bloodletter one-shot, and Bloodthirster extra-combat chains, with Liliana's Contract as a non-combat alternate win. A deep reanimation package - Whip of Erebos, Sheoldred // The True Scriptures, The Soul Stone, Victimize - lets it rebuild through wipes. The deck is powerful when the commander resolves and sticks, but its stack interaction is very thin.
