Deck overview

This mono-blue deck is piloted by Elrond, Moon-Reader, converting creature ability activations into continuous card advantage. The game plan focuses on deploying inexpensive utility creatures with activated abilities alongside a dense artifact ramp package. Early turns establish mana rocks and creature looters, enabling Elrond to draw extra cards on turn 4. Mid-game turns leverage heavy draw engines like Arcanis the Omnipotent and Faerie Formation to dig through the library. The primary win condition is an infinite mana combo using Grand Architect and Pili-Pala. Once Grand Architect makes Pili-Pala blue, tapping Pili-Pala for {C}{C} and untapping it for {2} yields unlimited mana. This infinite mana feeds Mindshrieker to mill out every opponent instantly, or draws the entire library via Faerie Formation or Spectral Sailor.
