Monarch by EL_CHAPO

Format: Commander

Commander: Garland, Royal Kidnapper

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Garland, Royal Kidnapper is both engine and finisher: the deck ramps to a turn-4 Garland, steals an early creature through the monarch trigger, then keeps picking off creatures whenever the crown changes hands. Secondary paths use mill-and-reanimate tools such as Gyruda, The Cyber-Controller, and Bringer of the Last Gift, plus goad effects to turn the table against itself. The commander's +2/+2 pump makes every opponent-owned creature a real threat, and the can't-be-sacrificed clause protects stolen assets. There is no true hidden commander; Gyruda is a value piece, not a legal companion here. The deck wins through gradual combat damage and a late-game stolen-board alpha strike.
