Deck overview

This Simic deck harnesses the scaling power of {X} spells and +1/+1 counters, commanded by Zimone, Infinite Analyst. Zimone lowers the casting cost of your first {X} spell each turn by {1} for every +1/+1 counter she holds, while growing by two counters whenever you cast an {X} spell. Early turns establish a reliable mana foundation through land ramp, mana dorks, and specialized rocks like Elementalist's Palette. Once Zimone enters the battlefield, she accelerates large hydras, massive card draw spells like Hydroid Krasis and Pull from Tomorrow, and explosive tokens from Lattice Library. Midgame turns compound this advantage with counter amplifiers like Unbound Flourishing and Kami of Whispered Hopes. The deck closes games around turn 8 by attacking with huge trampling creatures buffed by Tanazir Quandrix, Nev, the Practical Dean, or Biomass Mutation. While weak to mass exile and bounce sweepers, its deep card flow and modular threats provide resilient stompy pressure.
