Deck overview

This is a Naya tokens-and-counters value deck helmed by Rocco, Street Chef. The core plan leverages Rocco's end-step exile impulse and the reward loop of +1/+1 counters plus Food tokens whenever anyone plays from exile. The 99 doubles down on Food multipliers (Academy Manufactor, Peregrin Took), token payoffs (Rosie Cotton of South Lane, Merry, Warden of Isengard, Pia Nalaar, Consul of Revival), and counter synergies (Herd Baloth, Basking Broodscale, Forgotten Ancient, Vigor). Primary wins come from exploding into infinite tokens/mana via Rosie lines or simply overwhelming the table with modified attackers and exile cascade value from Etali, Primal Storm, Wild-Magic Sorcerer, and Plargg and Nassari. The commander is a strong engine but not a combo piece; the deck still functions as a midrange Food/go-wide strategy when he is absent.
