Deck overview

This Simic value-control list helmed by Tamiyo, Inquisitive Student // Tamiyo, Seasoned Scholar is a clue-and-draw engine deck that transforms its cheap commander into a planeswalker, then buries the table under card advantage. The front face investigates on attack and flips once you draw a third card in a turn; the back face recurs instants and sorceries, pads loyalty, and can ultimate into a massive refill. The 99 supports this with dense investigate payoffs (Academy Manufactor, Adrix and Nev, Twincasters, Erdwal Illuminator), proliferate (Inexorable Tide, Throne of Geth), and hand-size threats (Psychosis Crawler, Duggan, Private Detective, Jolrael, Mwonvuli Recluse). Primary wins are combat via animated Clues and X/X anthems, life drain from Psychosis Crawler, or a Laboratory Maniac deck-out. A thick counter suite and selective bounce keep the engines online while the hand balloons.
