Cloud, Ex-TWINK by user1599038

Format: Commander

Commander: Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER is a Naya equipment-voltron engine: he enters already strapped to your best Equipment, draws cards for every equipped attacker, and starts producing Treasure once his power reaches 7. The deck's primary plan is to get Cloud to 7+ power as early as turn four, then chain extra combat steps from Godo, Genji Glove, Hexplate Wallbreaker, or Tifa while doubling damage with Mjolnir, Duelist's Heritage, or Lightning, Army of One. Ardenn, Intrepid Archaeologist acts as a hidden commander in the 99, slinging every Equipment onto Cloud for free. Secondary lines use Stonehewer Giant, equipment tutors, and cheap equip costs to out-muscle opponents with evasion and protection.
