Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue control and combo strategy led by Jill, Shiva's Dominant // Shiva, Warden of Ice. The game plan focuses on establishing early mana and steady card advantage through engines like Rhystic Study and Mystic Remora, while disrupting opponents with efficient countermagic, bounce spells, and asymmetric tax effects like Winter Moon. The commander serves as a flexible utility tool that bounces problematic permanents and acts as a repeatable mana sink once transformed or flickered. The deck closes out games rapidly via compact infinite mana combinations, such as Deadeye Navigator paired with Peregrine Drake or Isochron Scepter with Dramatic Reversal, which allow players to bounce the entire opposing board or draw through the library to resolve a decisive Thassa's Oracle win.
