Deck overview

This deck is a classic 5-Color 'Rainbow' battlecruiser strategy built around its commander, Esika, God of the Tree // The Prismatic Bridge. The deck's primary goal is to spend its early turns fixing all five colors through ramp spells like Farseek, Cultivate, and Chromatic Lantern, cast The Prismatic Bridge on Turn 5, and begin cheating massive multicolored and legendary threats into play on Turn 6. With bombs such as Progenitus, Maelstrom Wanderer, Primeval Spawn, and Jodah, the Unifier, the deck quickly amasses an overwhelming combat presence that eliminates opponents over sequential attack steps. While its late-game value engine and asymmetric board wipes like Ruinous Ultimatum are devastating, the deck runs a tap-land heavy mana base and minimal instant-speed interaction, leaving it exposed to fast combo decks and well-timed enchantment removal.
