Deck overview

This Dimir deck uses surveil to fill the graveyard, grow Mirko and Dimir Spybug, and reanimate creatures for value. Mirko returns a creature with power less than his own each end step with a finality counter, so you surveil to increase his power and unlock larger targets. The deck wins through incremental combat with Grave Titan zombies, Massacre Wurm and Syr Konrad drains, or a late Rise of the Dark Realms. Syr Konrad and Eye of Duskmantle serve as hidden engines that generate damage or cast from the graveyard when Mirko is absent. It has no infinite combo and relies on repeated recursion and filtering rather than tutors, with limited answers to resolved graveyard hate.
