Deck overview

This Mono-Black Reanimator and Big Mana deck aims to dominate the game through early graveyard deployment, asymmetric resource denial, and overwhelming endgame payoffs. Using acceleration like Dark Ritual and Sol Ring, the deck sets up on early turns with Entomb or self-mill before reanimating massive threats such as Archon of Cruelty, Valgavoth, Terror Eater, or Sheoldred, Whispering One on Turn 4. A rich suite of one-mana scam instants protects these threats against removal while doubling their triggered abilities. As the game develops, asymmetric hate pieces like Opposition Agent and Dauthi Voidwalker starve opponents of resources, while Cabal Coffers and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx fuel decisive finishers such as Torment of Hailfire or Gray Merchant of Asphodel duplicated with Saw in Half. The commander, Black Cat, Cunning Thief, acts as an efficient value piece that exiles opposing win conditions and tools for later use.
