Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Mardu Outlaw tribal and Treasure midrange strategy commanded by Olivia, Opulent Outlaw. The deck's primary goal is to deploy low-cost outlaws (Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks) during the first three turns, followed by casting Olivia to turn combat damage into a steady stream of Treasure tokens. These accumulated Treasures serve a dual purpose: accelerating expensive spells and fueling Olivia's repeatable team-wide +1/+1 counter ability. The deck transitions into a decisive win between Turns 6 and 8 by overrunning opponents with an amplified creature swarm, animating Treasures with Vihaan, Goldwaker, or resolving explosive finishers like Akroma's Will and Great Train Heist. A robust interaction and protection package featuring Deflecting Swat, Flawless Maneuver, and Anguished Unmaking keeps the engine safe from opposing removal while selective hate pieces like Opposition Agent disrupt opposing game plans.
