Deck overview

This is a Dimir spellslinger deck that turns the entire instant/sorcery suite into a Wraith army under Lord of the Nazgul. The core plan is to cast spells, generate 3/3 Wraith tokens, add Nazgul and other Wraith creatures, lean on the Ring-tempts package for +1/+1 counters, and eventually cross the nine-Wraith threshold to make the whole horde 9/9s for a one-turn alpha strike. Multipliers like Roaming Throne, Wizard's Staff, Storm of Saruman, and Irma, Part-Time Mutant compound the commander's token trigger. Talrand, Sky Summoner and Sauron, the Necromancer provide backup creature generation, while Rhystic Study, The One Ring, and Call of the Ring keep the hand full. The deck also packs a meaningful countermagic and removal core, with Expropriate and Second Chance as extra-turn finishers.
