Ur-Sphinx Esper Sphinx's approach by Evilchaos666

Format: Commander

Commander: The Ur-Sphinx

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This deck leverages The Ur-Sphinx to reduce the cost of all Sphinx spells right from the command zone. The primary plan accelerates into powerful mana engines and cost reducers like Urza's Incubator and Unesh, Criosphinx Sovereign. The deck cycles through numerous copies of Sphinx's Approach to draw cards and tutor huge flying threats straight onto the battlefield. Reanimation spells like Animate Dead and Reanimate rapidly cheat out game-ending creatures like Magister Sphinx and Sphinx of the Steel Wind. Backed by premier fast mana, tutors, and free stack interaction like Force of Will, the deck swiftly dominates the board and finishes opponents through overwhelming aerial combat.
