Deck overview

Wasp, Shrinking Savior leads a mono-blue hand-size control deck. Wasp attacks to shrink one creature, then converts every creature with negative power into cards, feeding Meishin, the Mind Cage, Vnwxt, Verbose Host and other hand-size payoffs. The primary plan is to build a very large hand, suppress combat with -X/-0 effects, and finish through Laboratory Maniac + Thought Lash, Atemsis's hand reveal, Triskaidekaphile, Twenty-Toed Toad, or Psychosis Crawler drain. There is no hidden commander; the list is firmly built around Wasp's attack trigger and a few cheap, low-power creatures that make that trigger repeatable. Without Wasp, independent draw spells keep the deck functional, but the engine slows significantly.
