Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet artifact token strategy commanded by Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer. The primary game plan revolves around generating a wide board of diverse tokens—such as Thopters, Myr, Soldiers, Treasures, and Clues—during the early-to-mid game using efficient permanents like Sai, Master Thopterist, Third Path Iconoclast, and Thopter Spy Network. Once a sufficient token army is established alongside a high-impact artifact creature or token copy (such as Myr Battlesphere, Wurmcoil Engine, or Ancient Stone Idol), casting Brudiclad immediately transforms the entire token collective into copies of that devastating threat. Because Brudiclad grants all creature tokens haste, this conversion enables massive, unexpected alpha-strikes that can eliminate one or more players in a single combat step, closing the remaining game in the following turn cycle.
