Just Hoppin Around by jeskaienjoyer

Format: Commander

Commander: Kwain, Itinerant Meddler

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Azorius group-draw stax deck forces the table to draw with Kwain, Itinerant Meddler, Temple Bell, Howling Mine, Kami of the Crescent Moon and Mikokoro, then taxes that draw with Smothering Tithe, Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora and Esper Sentinel while locking combat and creature spam with Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, Silent Arbiter, Overburden and Elesh Norn. Kwain is the repeatable engine but redundant draw effects let the deck function without him; the hidden commanders are Psychosis Crawler and Consecrated Sphinx/The Council of Four which convert every draw into damage or overwhelming card advantage. Secondary wins are Approach of the Second Sun and self-decking via Jace, Wielder of Mysteries/Laboratory Maniac or milling with Folio of Fancies.
