Deck overview

This deck is a Boros Superfriends and Cat-tribal token aggro deck led by Ajani, Nacatl Pariah. The primary game plan revolves around early creature deployment, quickly flipping Ajani into his planeswalker side, and generating a wide army of Cat and Gnome tokens. Mid-game turns leverage planeswalker loyalty abilities and anthem effects from cards like Ajani Goldmane, Qala, Ajani's Pridemate, and Way of the Mentor to grow the board while gaining life. The deck closes games around turns 7-8 using high-impact combat enablers like Aurelia, the Warleader, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, and Iroas, God of Victory. While the deck features dense mana acceleration and strong planeswalker redundancy, it suffers from limited card-draw velocity, light stack interaction, and vulnerabilities to mass exile board wipes.
