Deck overview

This five-color Mutant Ninja Turtle deck is a token-and-counter aggro build. Michelangelo, the Heart provides a Raid-triggered +1/+1 counter and a Food token every turn he attacks, while Leonardo, the Balance turns every token entering under your control into a team-wide +1/+1 counter and adds a WUBRG overrun. The pair form a self-reinforcing engine: attack, make Food, pump the board, then alpha-strike. Secondary paths use Mutagen tokens, Donatello, the Brains, and Big Mother Mouser to stack counters, and Raphael, the Muscle or Waves of Aggression to multiply lethal damage. There is no hidden commander; Heroes in a Half Shell is a top-end payoff, not a general.
