Bracket 4 Flex - Ureni of the by Sp0okyChills

Format: Commander

Commander: Ureni of the Unwritten

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck pilots a Dragon tribal strategy under Ureni of the Unwritten, a Temur (GUR) commander capable of cheating Dragons onto the battlefield from the top eight cards of the library each time it enters or attacks. The primary game plan is to ramp heavily into an early Ureni, then chain Dragon activations to flood the board with high-powered flyers. Secondary win conditions come from combat damage fueled by extra-combat creatures like Scorge of the Throne, damage doublers like Twinflame Tyrant, and direct-damage pings from Dragon Tempest and Scorgue of Valkas. The deck also includes a handful of alternative Dragon-cheating pieces (Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Zirilan of the Claw) and a robust ramp package to ensure the commander can be cast repeatedly. The overall strategy is linear but powerful: accelerate, cast Ureni, pile on Dragons, and overwhelm the table with flying beaters.
