Deck overview

This deck is a focused Selesnya Equipment Voltron strategy led by Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist. The game plan revolves around accelerating mana in the early turns, establishing Mirri alongside potent equipment, and leveraging her combat abilities to dictate the pace of the game. Mirri restricts each defending opponent to a single blocker while limiting incoming attacks to a single creature whenever she is tapped. The deck scales threat size with cards like Blackblade Reforged, All That Glitters, and Argentum Armor, enabling large chunks of commander damage. Low-cost instant-speed protection spells such as Loran's Escape and Snakeskin Veil safeguard the equipped threat from single-target removal. Secondary threats like Balan, Wandering Knight and Kemba, Kha Regent ensure the deck can apply heavy pressure even if the commander is removed. Efficient spot removal and utility equipment give the list solid interaction and steady card advantage.
