Deck overview

This deck is a focused Mardu combat cheat list commanded by Kaalia of the Vast, designed to deploy massive, game-ending Angels and Demons directly onto the battlefield tapped and attacking without paying their mana costs. Supported by high-impact flyers such as Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, and Aurelia, the Warleader, the list turns early combat steps into lethal aerial pressure. A secondary Vampire subtheme featuring Blood Artist, Bloodline Keeper, and Edgar, Charmed Groom provides ground presence and token generation, unified by type-granting artifacts like Conspiracy and Maskwood Nexus. The deck protects its commander using free interaction like Deflecting Swat and Flawless Maneuver alongside Grand Abolisher, while disrupting opponents through a wide suite of exile removal, asymmetric hatebears like Angel of Jubilation and Drana and Linvala, and flexible board wipes including Farewell and Ruinous Ultimatum.
