Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Midrange Stompy strategy headed by Eshki, Temur's Roar. The game plan focuses on rapid early mana acceleration into an early deployment of Eshki, turning high-power creature casts into continuous card advantage and table-wide direct burn. The deck transitions into the mid-game by casting high-impact Dragons and large beaters such as Lathliss, Dragon Queen, Utvara Hellkite, and Ghalta, Primal Hunger. These threats generate overwhelming aerial board states while triggering additional burn from Dragon Tempest, Scourge of Valkas, and Warstorm Surge. Combat finishers like Terror of Mount Velus and Overwhelming Stampede close the game across two attack phases. While the deck possesses remarkable mana velocity, self-replenishing card flow, and explosive damage output, it lacks dedicated countermagic and board protection, leaving its wide creature boards vulnerable to well-timed sweepers.
