This deck is a highly synergistic Esper Midrange strategy built to maximize Raffine, Scheming Seer s connive ability. The primary game plan involves curving into cheap interaction and value creatures, deploying Raffine, and then overwhelming opponents with massive card advantage generated by attacking with a wide board.
