Deck overview

This deck is a five-color legendary toolbox and stompy strategy commanded by Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. The primary plan leverages early mana acceleration and low-cost multicolor legendary permanents to fix mana, grow Sisay's power, and systematically tutor high-impact legendary threats directly onto the battlefield at instant speed. Once operational around Turn 4, the engine scales rapidly. By Turn 6, Sisay fetches oppressive threats such as Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger or Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, asymmetrically choking opposing mana bases and hand sizes while assembling a lethal combat force with Kenrith, the Returned King and Koma, Cosmos Serpent. Built-in protection like Mithril Coat, Plaza of Heroes, and Shalai, Voice of Plenty can be tutored in response to removal to preserve the board. While the deck boasts immense flexibility, high resilience, and powerful independent backup engines via The Prismatic Bridge, its reactive interaction relies heavily on expensive permanents rather than cheap instant-speed disruption.
