Helmed by Prismari, the Inspiration, this is an Izzet storm deck that weaponizes the command zone: every instant and sorcery cast gains storm, transforming generic cantrips and rituals into self-multiplying engines. The game plan is to accelerate to seven mana, resolve the Elder Dragon, then chain rituals and draw spells until the copied burn spells finish the table. Boltwave is the primary kill - with thirteen spells cast before it, its fourteen copies deal 42 damage to each opponent. Grapeshot and an enormous Crackle with Power serve as alternate payoffs, while Thousand-Year Storm doubles the copy effect entirely. Magecraft engines like Archmage Emeritus, Storm-Kiln Artist, and Veyran, Voice of Duality make the chain self-sustaining, and Mizzix's Mastery/Past in Flames restart it from the graveyard. It is a focused, fairly fragile combo deck that wants to survive untouched until mid-game, resolve its commander, and win in one explosive turn.
