Tivit, Seller of Secrets leads an Esper council-dilemma engine that converts every vote into Clues and Treasures. The main plan is to deploy Tivit, stack extra votes with Ballot Broker and Brago's Representative, then use Academy Manufactor and Bard, King of Dale to multiply token production. Flicker effects like Ephemerate and Displacer Kitten rebuy Tivit's triggers, feeding artifact payoffs. The kill is usually a burst: Mirkwood Bats or Marionette Apprentice life loss, Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge's +2 drain, or animating the board with Cyberdrive Awakener / Rise and Shine. Expropriate can run away with the game once Tivit provides an extra vote. There is no partner-style hidden commander; the de facto centerpiece is Academy Manufactor.
