Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive combat cheat strategy centered on Kaalia of the Vast. Its primary goal is to accelerate mana on turns one and two, cast Kaalia on turn three, and attack on turn four to cheat massive Angels, Demons, and Dragons onto the battlefield without paying their mana costs. The payoff pool includes game-warping damage doublers like Gisela, Blade of Goldnight and Twinflame Tyrant, extra-combat threats like Aurelia, the Warleader and Bloodthirster, and board-dominating flyers like Archfiend of Despair and Valgavoth, Terror Eater. To protect this vulnerable creature-centric plan, the list packs efficient shielding spells including Deflecting Swat, Flawless Maneuver, Teferi's Protection, and Lightning Greaves. While the deck generates overwhelming aerial pressure and can close games by turn six, it relies heavily on Kaalia declaring attacks. Targeted removal directed at Kaalia before combat can strand high-cost monsters in hand, forcing the deck to slowly hardcast its high-mana threats.
