Bria 2 by user2288392

Format: Commander

Commander: Bria, Riptide Rogue

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Bria, Riptide Rogue leads a UR spellslinger/otters build that turns every instant, sorcery, and noncreature spell into a board-wide buff and an unblockable attack. The primary plan is to chain cheap cantrips and draw spells to grow Bria and her Otter/token army, while payoffs like Talrand, Guttersnipe, and Coruscation Mage convert each cast into extra bodies or damage. Alania, Divergent Storm is a hidden commander in the 99, copying the first impactful spell each turn. Secondary paths include a token/graveyard mass with Rise from the Tides and Ovika, and a commander-damage kill with Berserkers' Onslaught or Gratuitous Violence. The deck is flexible but not combo-oriented, so it wins incrementally.
