Deck overview

This is a focused Izzet extra-turns/extra-combats deck helmed by Scarlet Witch, Chaotic Avenger. The entire game plan revolves around getting the commander to connect in combat: her trigger exiles the top two cards and lets you cast a Hero or noncreature spell from among them for free - which means every successful attack can chain into a free extra turn or extra combat spell. The deck packs seven extra-turn effects and five extra-combat effects, plus a dense haste suite so the 3/3 flyer swings the turn she lands. Wins come from chaining turns and combats into commander beats, the infinite Dualcaster Mage + Twinflame token loop, or an overloaded Mizzix's Mastery recasting the entire graveyard. Chandra, Hope's Beacon and One with the Multiverse provide backup free-cast engines.
