Deck overview

Wan Shi Tong, All-Knowing commands a mono-blue tempo-control strategy that transforms library-tucking removal into an evasive token army. The deck utilizes blue's unique ability to put opposing permanents, spells, and graveyard cards into owners' libraries, repeatedly triggering Wan Shi Tong to create 1/1 Spirit tokens with pseudo-shadow evasion. Supported by artifact ramp and Spirit lords like Supreme Phantom and Patrician Geist, these unblockable Spirits establish a steady combat clock while drawing cards through Bident of Thassa and Curiosity Crafter. The deck disrupts opponents with versatile tuck spells such as Commit // Memory, Bury in Books, and Aetherspouts, which bypass traditional graveyard recursion and death triggers. While resilient against spot removal thanks to blink spells and countermagic, the deck relies on surviving multi-turn combat rotations without dedicated fast combos, making it vulnerable to sweepers.
