Deck overview

Kynaios and Tiro is a four-color group-hug shell that uses symmetrical draw and land ramp to out-value the table. The main plan is to make everyone draw, then convert those draws into Treasures, cards, Snakes, and life loss with Smothering Tithe, The Council of Four, Xyris, and Scrawling Crawler while pillow forts keep attacks away. The actual kill is Approach of the Second Sun, recurred once with Mystical Tutor, with Laboratory Maniac as a backup for a very large draw. The commander is an extra card and extra land each turn, speeding the mana base without being strictly necessary. The deck is slow, political, and fragile against hate permanents and counterspells, but it can generate enormous resources over three or four turns.
