Some Kinda Moraug by Doofessor20

Format: Commander

Commander: Moraug, Fury of Akoum

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-red deck is built around Moraug, Fury of Akoum and a landfall-extra combat engine. The goal is to ramp quickly, deploy Moraug, then trigger landfall during a main phase to chain additional combat steps. The deck pairs this with a suite of extra-combat cards (Port Razer, Combat Celebrant, Scourge of the Throne, Godo, Bandit Warlord, etc.) that each add another combat phase, allowing the deck to attack multiple times in a single turn. Power doublers like Gratuitous Violence and Temur Battle Rage amplify the damage output, while land-fetch creatures and spells (Alpine Guide, Burnished Hart, Hew the Entwood) supply the landfall triggers. The primary win condition is overwhelming combat damage from repeated swings, often eliminating the table in one turn once the chain is assembled.
