Kraaaaang by Manbeard

Format: Commander

Commander: Krang, Master Mind

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact deck is helmed by Krang, Master Mind, whose affinity for artifacts makes him a cheap, recurring beater and card-draw engine. The primary strategy is to flood the board with cheap artifacts, cost reducers, and token generators, then deploy Krang to refill your hand and grow into a massive threat. The deck includes a compact infinite-mana combo (Basalt Monolith + Staff of Domination) that can draw the entire library and enable a win through Cyberdrive Awakener or Mechanized Production. Secondary paths include overwhelming combat damage from artifact creatures, especially with Urza, Lord High Artificer and Simulacrum Synthesizer generating wide boards. The deck leans heavily on its artifact shell, with strong recursion via Emry, Lurker of the Loch and Academy Ruins, but lacks stack interaction and is vulnerable to artifact hate.
