Deck overview

This is a Rakdos spellslinger burn deck helmed by Black Waltz No. 3. The core plan is to cast noncreature spells and stack multiple "whenever you cast a noncreature spell" triggers - Black Waltz No. 3, Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, the Wizard tokens from Circle of Power, Cornered by Black Mages, and Kuja, Genome Sorcerer, plus Black Mage's Rod, Caldera Pyremaw, and Thermo-Alchemist - to burn the entire table out. Damage is multiplied by Dictate of the Twin Gods and Hawkeye, Young Avenger, then doubled again at end step by Wound Reflection. Finishers include the Aetherflux Reservoir + Bolas's Citadel engine, huge X-spells like Exsanguinate and Fireball, and a punisher subtheme in Underworld Dreams, Spiteful Visions, Stormfist Crusader, The Lord of Pain, and Kaervek the Merciless. It is a mid-speed value-burn deck that wins through sheer trigger volume rather than a single combo.
