Deck overview

The deck is an Esper combat deck centered on Jin Sakai, Ghost of Tsushima. Its early plan is to develop lands and two-mana rocks, cast the commander, and attack alone so Ghost makes Jin unblockable and supplies a card. Evasive creatures such as Invisible Stalker, Changeling Outcast, and Slither Blade help carry Equipment or support later attacks. Buster Sword, Sword of Fire and Ice, Sword of Feast and Famine, and Blackblade Reforged turn combat damage into cards, mana, discard, or larger commander-damage attacks. The list also has respectable spot removal, sweepers, counters, and protection. Its main weakness is access: it has no dependable tutor package for the key Equipment, protection, or finishing threat. Summon: Primal Odin is powerful when it reaches combat, but its six-mana cost, Saga delay, and lack of evasion support make it an occasional finisher rather than a reliable primary clock. The deck is therefore a general-power midrange strategy, not a compact combo or cEDH deck.
