This is a Temur suspend-and-cascade deck built around The Tenth Doctor's attack trigger, which turns the top card into a three-time-counter suspend spell. Clara Oswald is the enabler in the command zone: her doubling of Doctor triggers makes each attack exile and suspend two cards instead of one, so she is best kept alive to multiply value, not cast early. The primary plan is to suspend large creature threats, accelerate them with time-travel cards, then finish through hasty beaters and cascade chains.
